Rotating Lift Overview
Rotating lift tables are primarily used as work positioners in applications where the operator requires access to multiple sides of the load. This allows the operator to work more efficiently by removing the need for the operator to reach across or walk around the load as well as reducing the potential for repetitive motion injury associated with such reaching motions. Rotating lifts are ideal for assembly and welding applications where the operator requires access to numerous tools that may be tethered to a power supply. Additional benefits include minimizing the amount of space required for the work cell and reducing potential tripping hazards.
The Roto-Max work positioner can handle loads up to 3,500 lbs and has a lowered height of 6.5". Increasing the life of the lift, it features re-greaseable Zerk fittings on all pivot points and a 15 minute triple duty motor. The Roto-Max is built-to-order and is highly customizable. The Roto-Max SS is an example of such customization featuring numerous stainless steel and water resistant components.
Our Lift-N-Spin is designed for applications where pallet jack access to the table is required. With a lowered height of only 4.25", the platform can be loaded via ramp. With the lowest height for a rotating scissor lift in the market, The Lift-N-Spin is also ideal for tall pallet applications where every inch counts or when the operator height has a fair degree of variability.
The auto-leveling Spring Level Loader is suitable for light duty applications where a semi-consistent height is required during palletizing operations. As additional weight is added to the spring level loader, the springs compress further lowering the lift to an ergonomic height. As weight is removed, the springs expand. The spring level loader requires no power.
Our auto-leveling LPSL is now offered with an air bag. The LPSL-AIR is designed for the same set of applications as the LPSL but offers greater individualization of ergonomic heights by allowing the operator to adjust the air pressure to suit their needs. Runs on shop air. Once inflated, air can be disconnected.
