Mobile Lift Overview
The products in this category represent those mobile lifts that share some common elements of either a mobile lift table or an industrial walk behind stacker, yet are different enough that they cannot be classified as such. They are used for light duty and light capacity mobile positioning systems. All the lifts featured here are highly maneuverable and can be used in very tight quarters where space is at a minimum.
If the distance the product needs to travel is limited, the manually pushed Maxx-Mobile series of lifts are economically priced and can satisfy many requirements. It is offered in two major branches. The MML features a manual pump up foot pedal for those applications requiring the occasional full amount of vertical travel or frequent, yet minor, changes in elevation. Also available with a passivated stainless-steel finish, the MML-PSS lift carts are ideal for wash down application. The MMLE is an electrically powered lift and is suitable for more demanding lift applications. For clean room applications or those in which quiet and precise lifting is required, we recommend the linearly actuated MMLA.
The Maxx-Ergo-Lifter is a highly versatile electric lift. It has a number of optional roll handling attachments including single and dual rams. The standard platform is ideal for light assembly work that needs to be completed at multiple work cells. The controls can be placed near the handle or removed and used while standing near the platform.
The MMS is a manual foot pump platform lift. The foot pump can be folded up to reduce the lift's footprint during storage. It uses a chain pulley mounted to a hydraulic cylinder to actuate the platform. A release valve is used to lower the platform and can adjust the speed per the operator's requirement.
The MMSE is the electric lift, adjustable fork version of the MMS. It uses the same design of lift system but replaces the manual foot pump with an electrically driven motor. It has a built-in automatic charger and cord, key switch, BDI and charging status lights. An optional slide-on platform is available.
The PM120 is a light capacity mini stacker that lifts using a mechanical ratcheting hand crank. The forks can be adjusted to straddle the outriggers or go in-between them. The 8"ø load wheels make the unit very easy to push.
